"Hello everyone! My name is Taylor Watson. This year, I am Special Events Captain in Project Makeover Inc. at the University of Florida.

As a member of Project Makeover, I'm part of a team that transforms local elementary schools to spark wonder, joy, and curiosity in young learners. Each spring, we partner with the Alachua County School Board to completely renovate a school over the course of one weekend. We paint interactive murals, improve landscaping, and provide new educational materials, all to create a dynamic learning environment where students feel inspired to learn and grow.

Since 2008, we ve transformed 15 schools, making a real impact on the students, teachers, and the community. None of this would be possible without the support of local businesses who share our passion for giving back.
